North of the Border San Miguel Seasoning & Rub 4.55 oz
A dry marinade for smoking and grilling lamb, chicken, pork and beef.
For lamb, beef, chicken, pork, etc. Coat one pound of meat with about 1-2 TBS San Miguel Seasoning & Rub for smoking or grilling. Place meat in the refrigerator in a non corrosive dish or plastic bag for a few minutes before cooking to season or 3 to 6 hours or overnight to marinade.
Sprinkle San Miguel Seasoning and Rub lightly on oiled vegetables and cook on the grill.
As a seasoning use San Miguel as a seasoning for soups, stews, and vegetables etc.
Ingredients: Red Chiles, Garlic, Pepper, Rosemary, Salt, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Cumin, Spices.
