North of the Border PC Willy's Green Chile Seasoning and Rub 4.55 oz

PC Willy's Super Dip: Mix 1 tbsp of Pc's with 1/2 cup each of mayonnaise and sour cream. Great with potato or corn chips.
PC Willy's Sour Cream: Mix 1 tsp of Pc Willy's 1/2 cup sour cream. Good as a party dip or as a sour cream for baked potatoes.
PC Willy's as a Rub: Coat 1lb.of meat with 1-2 tablespoons of PC Willy's and place in the refrigerator (in a non-corrosive dish or a plastic bag) for for 2-6 hours or overnight before smoking or grilling.
For Vegetables on the Grill: Lightly dust the vegetables and grill. Use PC Willy's as a seasoning for soups and stews, fajitas and hamburgers etc.
Ingredients: Green Chile, garlic, onion, salt, sugar, pepper, dextrose, and citric acid.
