Son of Scorch or S.O.S. is North of the Border's hottest Seasoning made from a blend of chiles including habaneros, jalapenos, and hot New Mexico red chile. This seasoning is made for the person who wants a little more heat in his/hers food. S.O.S seasoning makes great hot wings as well as spicing up soups, meats, and vegetables.

Ingredients: Chile, red chiles, habanero, jalepeno, garlic, onion, salt, sugar, citric acid, dextrose, herbs and spices, including oregano and cumin.
