Shipping:
Orders are typically shipped out within two business days of the purchase date. After the order has shipped, domestic delivery occurs on average within two to five business days. For international orders, we ship only USPS prority, packages typically arrive within 1 to 3 weeks of shipping date, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on Customs handling.
Our primary domestic carriers are FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail. The choice of carrier depends upon the size of the shipment. Our only primary international carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Any packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or a PO Box will also be shipped USPS Priority Mail. A tracking # will be provided once your order has been sent out.
During special shipping promotional periods or holiday shopping, your order may arrive faster or might be delayed.
Typical USPS transit times are as follows: Domestic Orders: 2-3 days (Priority Mail) Alaska, Hawaii or Canadian Orders: 4-10 days International Orders: 7 days to 4 weeks depending on country destination (note: we only ship international orders once a week)

Da Gift Basket Chile Products of NM tries to find reasonable shipping for your chile fix. Other shipping options for frozen goods is 2-3 day priority, Not Guaranteed. We nor USPS can or will guaranteed any frozen or fresh goods being sent 2-3 day priority. If you choice this option and your package is delayed we will not replace your order. Your other option is UPS 2 day Air.
We ship frozen goods only on Monday and Tuesday to try and assure a good delivery. Dry goods are shipped separately. We will combine items to help you save on shipping charges if possible. We charge only actual shipping charges for your order.
Returns: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item within 7 days of receipt. We ask that you EMAIL us first and state the problem with your order. We will try and resolve any problems immediately.
If returning items, you must return everything in the same condition we shipped it. We will refund you the full price of the item minus the initial shipping costs. (No restocking fees). |
