Shipping Options Frozen Goods
We ship frozen goods where the transit time is no more than 2 days.  USPS priority, USPS Express, (Guaranteed) or UPS 2 day Air (Guaranteed). We want your order to arrive in good condition and assure that you are pleased with our products and service.  Please be sure you choose the correct shipping option at checkout so there are no delays in shipping your order.

We ship with "ThermaFreeze" frozen pads as they provide far more effective coverage than do gel packs. They're easy to use and virtually eliminates product spoilage." If ordering dry goods with your order, your dry goods will be shipped separately, due to the moisture from the frozen goods.

We ship frozen goods only on Monday and Tuesday to try and assure a good delivery.* (Unless USPS Express or UPS 2 Day Air is chosen, we can ship on Wednesday).
